Students must have their instructor's permission to lease a horse.
The leases begin on the 1st and 15th of each month with payment due then.
The lease agreement is on a thirty (30) day basis and is automatically renewed unless written notice is given thirty (30) days in advance. Lease may be terminated by either Lessee or TES.
All lessons must be used during the thirty (30) days. No carry overs. No expections.
Students must ensure they put all lesson and practice ride times on the lease board posted in the school office two weeks in advance.
Horses must be back in the barn from lessons and practice rides by 8:30pm on weekdays and 4pm on weekends.
Students may only have use of a lease horse once per day - unless permitted by instructor.
If a lease horse becomes unavailable due to injury, illness or sale, lessee has first choice of an alternate horse.
Lessee has right of first refusal in the event of sale of lease horse.
All weekend practice rides will be scheduled after 1:30pm.
Students will not allow anyone else to ride lease horse in place of lessee.
No bareback riding is permitted expect in a TES lesson and subject to your instructor's approval.
Approved helmets and attire must be worn at all times when mounted.
Students may only jump during lessons.
Practice rides are limited to 30min and will be in TES assigned arenas during hours of operation.
Trail rides must be accompanied by an instructor.
* As of the first day of the lease, students are required to provide all grooming equipment, pads, splint boots or polos for the lease horse.
**For the Half Lease & Full Lease, as of the 90th day, students are required to provide an approved saddle for the lease horse.
